OSCOLA referencing style is used when submitting work for a module for the School of Law.  Due to the complexity of particular sources, some entries are very detailed.  Make sure to fully read each page.

All cases after 2001 must have a neutral citation and one law report citation only:

Case name Neutral Citation, Law Report Citation.

Case Name [year] court number, [year] OR (year) volume (if needed) report abbreviation first page.

Begum v Special Immigration Appeals Commission [2020] EWCA Civ 918, [2020] 1 WLR 4267.

You will need to look at the law report hierarchy and find the best report to cite - see the How to Find the Best Law Report guide. To see which brackets you need to use, look at the Finding How Journals Are Organised in Lexis+ and Westlaw guidance.
