Problem accessing Credo Reference from off campus (resolved)

Update 07/01/15. This problem has now been resolved and the resource can now be accessed on and off campus again.
There is currently a problem accessing Credo Reference from off campus. On campus access appears to be unaffected. The problem is being investigated.
Solution: Set up web proxy so that your computer will behave as if you were on campus. Instructions for setting up the web proxy can be found here http://www.port.ac.uk/library/help/gettingstarted/webproxy/
