Overlooking the atrium on the first and second floors are eight study rooms that
can be booked for use by groups of two to eight students to work together on
projects.

Rooms can be booked on arrival or up to 14 days in advance using the
room booking kiosk in the atrium or the online booking system available through
the group study rooms webpage.

A person who reserves a room remains responsible for the group's use of the room during
the booking. All bookings are for one hour you can book up to two hours together 
and up to seven hours per week. For each hour you book you'll be given a four digit 
PIN code. Anyone with this code may scan their student card over the door access panel,
enter the pin and enter the room so please feel free to share it with your group. 

Someone needs to scan their card and enter the pin within the first 15 minutes of each hour
booked in order to tell the booking system that the room is in use. If you do
not do this each hour the room booking system will cancel your booking and 
advertise the room is available for others to book.
